D-Groups offer you the opportunity to be a part of a community of students that truly share life together. The relationships formed in these groups extend beyond the boundaries of the specific “time frame” of the group. Our desire at Chi Alpha is not to get you to sign up for another “Bible study”, but to be involved in a life-giving community of brothers or sisters that encourage you, support you, and challenge you to be who you’re called to be.

When do SMALL GROUPS meet?
We have men’s and women’s groups meeting at different times and locations on both campuses this semester. Sign up for a group day and time that works for you, and we’ll get you connected with a leader!
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A GROUP
Our groups are led by student leaders or XA pastors, and every week we hang out, discuss scripture, and pray together.
We try to keep our small groups an hour and a half or less, because we know you stay busy as students. There are lots of opportunities to hang out before or after group, and during the week.
Our groups are not coed. It can be challenging to be honest and real in a coed environment, so we keep our groups single gender. Almost everything else we do each week is coed, so there are plenty of chances to engage with the whole Chi Alpha community.
